Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Dewdrop Mystique purchase. Each product is handcrafted in small batches with care, and because of the nature of our items, we can only accept returns under limited conditions.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for new and unused items.
• We cannot accept returns on candles, wax melts, room sprays, or lip balms that have been used, opened, or have had their safety seals broken.
• To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds are offered only for defective or damaged items.
• Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
• Once approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
